And take a break from reality
To save our sanity.
Let us fly like a bird
Not saying a word
To the world.
We’ll go unnoticed
And live for a while
On only a smile.
Soon to return
To a world still the same
Mad and insane.

ReplyDeleteSo do I. I wish I could flee the insanity of the stupid case where a teacher has been sacked for taping a boy's mouth. The parents have stretched the situation out of proportion and at least one life has been ruined and one monster revived. Oh insane world! Teachers beware. Recite your lessons and more on. Seek not to develop a person nor to engage a class. Teaching has been reduced to a fear of losing one's job and there's the insanity!
